CONCRETE ROOTS

The idea for CONCRETE ROOTS was birthed in the living room, on a couch. With a desire to actually listen to one sitting in front of you, the team with The Couch Inc. travelled by van to 15 HBCUs to listen, learn, and give people a space to be heard. This 40-minute documentary was produced, edited and toured to 5 major US cities during the spring and fall of 2019.
